1. General Participation & Eligibility
- Target Audience: The project is designed exclusively for teachers (in-service) and future teachers (pre-service) across all 36 States and Union Territories of India.
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 12th class pass out to register an account on the Vision Divyang Foundation Platform. Minors may only access content under the direct supervision of a registered parent or guardian.
- Professional Status: Participants must be currently employed in a recognized educational institution or enrolled in a professional teaching degree (such as B.Ed or D.Ed).
2. Platform Usage & Account Security
- Account Creation: Users are required to provide accurate details, including name, email, and state of residence, for Account Registration.
- License Grant: VDF grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use during the subscription or course period.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly forbidden from screen-recording, downloading, or redistributing course content on third-party platforms. Violations may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
3. Course Completion & Certification
- Engagement: To receive a certificate, teachers must complete all modules of the ‘Learning Difficulties – Understanding and Management’ course and successfully pass associated assessment tests.
- Verification: For certain advanced programs, users may need to provide KYC documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar, or teaching credentials) to verify their professional status.
- E-Certificates: Digital certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements and are valid for professional development records as per our website.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All original content, trademarks, logos, and technology underlying the platform are the exclusive property of Vision Divyang Foundation.
- User Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided by users may be incorporated into the platform without granting the user any intellectual property rights over the improved features.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- Data Collection: VDF collects personal information solely to improve service delivery and communicate program updates.
- Confidentiality: The foundation does not sell or rent personal information to third parties without explicit consent. Users can opt out of promotional communications at any time through their account settings.
- Legal Disclosures: VDF reserves the right to disclose information if required by a court order or to comply with Indian Law.
6. Termination & Modifications
- Right to Change: VDF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Suspension: Accounts may be suspended if a user violates these terms, engages in harassment of other users, or provides false information during registration.
