Vision Divyang Foundation, a flagship initiative of the New Global Vision Society, stands at the forefront of Special Education, Counseling, and Disability Rehabilitation. Our mission is to bridge the critical divide between legislative frameworks and their practical execution through specialized personnel training, extensive grassroots research, and strategic high-level advocacy. Driven by our core philosophy, 'Jagrukta Se Sashaktikaran Ki Aur' (From Awareness to Empowerment), guided by the principles of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, we advocate for systemic change, conduct vital field research, and foster public-private partnerships to build a truly inclusive and barrier-free society. We believe that true empowerment comes from collective action and a shared vision of a world where every person, regardless of ability, can thrive with dignity and independence.
